The Circle 10 Art Gallery is located in Oriental, North Carolina, a tranquil and quaint fishing village on the banks of the Neuse River. Known as “The Sailing Capital of North Carolina,” the area is fortunate to be the home of numerous artists and artisans. The village and the surrounding area provide abundant inspiration for the creative muse of those who display their works at various locations throught the village.
